Book Suggestion 2

This book series is extremely popular, but surprised me.  I thought it would be a silly romance book full of sap and fluff and things I didn't need to read.
But Pretty Little Liars was actually written by an author who could write.  Nowadays, lots of books for teen girls have a tendency to go near the romance side and not very much plot, but Sarah Shepard pulled both together perfectly.  I had doubts to read it, but I sure am glad I did!
Comment if you like this series!  And here's a link just in case.

I've always liked quotes, as long as they aren't cheesy or stupid or overly sappy.  So, just to get our minds working and thinking, here's a few to ponder.

For beautiful eyes, look for the good in others; for beautiful lips, speak only words of kindness; and for poise, walk with the knowledge that you are never alone.
Audrey Hepburn

A word to the wise ain't necessary - it's the stupid ones that need the advice.
Bill Cosby

Like a welcome summer rain, humor may suddenly cleanse and cool the earth, the air and you.
Langston Hughes

The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.
Eleanor Roosevelt

A friend is one who knows you and loves you just the same.
Elbert Hubbard
