So for the annual Grange Fair, I decided to do a bit of papercrafting. I am also entering these into the Simon Says Stamp Summer Holidays Childrens Challenge. I made these two tags-all of recycled materials.
The first one, Imagine, I used the lid from a tomato container to make the daubered cover. I inked the letters with Black Soot Distress ink, used perfect pearls Forever Blue and Forever Red, and then applied 2 coats for UTEE.
The second one was made from old magazines from around the house. I ripped the pieces from magazines and put them together to make the tree shape. I stamped dream with my trusty changeable stamp set.
Renew, Reuse, Recycle!!

Grungy Monday 7: Color Blocking
For Grungy Monday 07 I've created this bright tag. This is a technique from Tim Holtz. I used my favorite gear and robot stamps and lots of different inks. Of course I added embossing because that's the best!
Tim Holtz Distress Stains
My family and I are really into crafting. Right now, we really love TIM HOLTZ. You should check out his products and his blog at http://www.timholtz.com/. Check out my video to see how I've used some of the newest products available. I should have dried the tag again after I added the lines, because the distress powder sticks to any wet spots. Make sure you dry your tag really well before you stamp the butterfly.
